Our Late Harvest Riesling is bright-gold in color and offers generous notes of candied lemon and ginger. Classic aromas of jasmine, lanolin and honey speak to the influence of extended hang-time on the vine. The naturally high acidity adds balance and lift to the residual sugar. Pairs beautifully with rich cheeses and desserts — especially crème brûlée.
