From the same vineyard as our debut 2015 vintage, La Cantera Vineyard. This wine has light red fruits on the nose followed by baking spice. The palate consists of strawberries and rhubarb with earthy undertones. Finishes with great acidity.

The planting of La Cantera (which means “The Quarry”) began over 30 years ago. Today, 28 acres of Pinot Noir sits above Rex Hill Winery starting at 600’ above sea level. The unique wind-deposited Laurelwood soils of the Chehalem Mountains serve as the foundation for these red fruit-driven wines.
